TRANCIO AL COCCO
The specialty of the Gastreghini pastry department are multi-layer sweets, called in the local dialect pizzas, as for savory dishes: in this case, the three layers of sponge cake is stuffed by delicious chocolate hazelnut and decorated with a generous sprinkling of coconut flour on the last layer. All handmade by our collaborators.
Ideal for birthday parties, to spend some time with friends: a cake that brings joy on the table!
