TORTELLINI MIGNON

A classic of the Italian tradition: made respecting the rhythms of tradition, without "stressing" fresh pasta, so it keeps all its porosity. A filling of selected meat (beef, pork) and the touch of taste given by the Mortadella Bologna IGP.

Ideal for the traditional meat broth; for meat or cream based sauces we suggest our tortellini slightly larger.

Available in 250 g, 500 g, 1000 g size
