Every Sunday our grandmothers stretched the sheet of pasta on the kitchen table and, bending and cutting, they reduced it in thin strips: our noodles. Even today, in the Spegam laboratory, renews the tradition; the result: a pasta of an outstanding porosity, ideal for enhancing all meat sauces.
Very important: our fresh pasta retains great cooking!
