PIZZA AL FORMAGGIO
A unique product, limited in time and space: it is produced in fact only at Easter and in the inland areas of Marche and Umbria. The shape is that of the panettone, but the flavor is deliciously salty: to the starting dough is added the grated pecorino romano cheese and pepper. Only to be served as a starter during the Easter lunch.
For this in our territory the Pizza al formaggio symbolizes the holiday, having lunch in the family and the arrival of Spring. A dish that can be very rewarding for you, as long as you do not think to the diet.
