PIADINA MARCHIGIANA
Description

TRADITIONAL MARCHE’S PIADINA

The staple food in the countryside on the border between Romagna and Marche. It named after the circular pan in which it was, and still is, cooked, the piadena. Our recipe differs from the traditional Romagna one because we cook the flour, salt and milk dough in vegetable oil, not in melted lard. An even lighter product so, a delicious base for any kind of seasoning from soft cheeses (stracchino and squaquarone) to Nutella.
