PASSATELLI

It is said that this simple but very nutritious dish, was used in the past to replenish the mothers after childbirth. From these humble origins has become the dish par excellence of the holidays, where it is strictly served with meat broth. It is a combination of only four ingredients: eggs, Grana Padano cheese, breadcrumbs and nutmeg; they are mixed together until hey took on the traditional cylindrical shape.

I want to give you an advice: try them with a sauce of zucchini and bacon, you will not be disappointed!
