Really amazing how you manage to make a simple dish so tasty. We can define it a "rich" contour, not for the refinement of its ingredients, but for the flavors that releases and for the ability to accompany well any kind of meat dishes. The secret is to fry a bit 'of garlic and extra virgin olive oil in the pan before sauted vegetables and potatoes.

A tip: you can eat it as a second after a pasta dish; a light lunch, but nutritious.
