It is a unique creation of Spegam: the right combination between the intense flavor of the Formaggio di Fossa di Sogliano DOP (a cheese aged in underground caves, a true excellence of Marche region), and the fragrance of our fresh pasta. Almost a single dish, needs no special sauces, just the delicious monocultivar Raggia extra virgin oliveoil of our green hills.
