CHEESES’ GNOCCHI

One of the world oldest culinary preparations. We prepare it according to the recipe handed down from our grandmothers: only water, potatoes and flour type 0. In addition are stuffed with mozzarella, gouda and edamer, a mix of unique flavors.

Our gnocchi maintain very good cooking, without flaking. They marry very well with simple tomato sauces,  because they have a taste of their own importance.

Available in 250 gr, 500 gr, 1000 gr size
