COFFEE ROTOLONE

The specialty of the Gastreghini pastry department are the multilayer cakes: in this case three layers of sponge cake, soaked with the red liqueur alchermes and covered with soft coffee butter cream. And everything is hand-rolled by our collaborators. As final decoration is covered by a layer of powder chocolate.
